Happy Friday Everyone! I’ve mentioned the importance of regularly and thoroughly cleaning your makeup brushes and generally caring for your makeup.  Recently, I came to realize that storing my makeup throughout the day and when traveling is just as important.  When it comes to brushes and makeup, finding a place to store your favorite items throughout the day and when traveling can be a challenge.  I’ve typically just thrown the items I’ll need in a pocket of my bag, reaching for it when needed.  I made that mistake last weekend while rushing to a comedy show and got home to partially melted lipstick and cracked blush.  Trust me when I say, that was a lesson learned.  I will now be much more diligent about storing my makeup and brushes in a well maintained case when on the go.   Here are a few great options from Nordstrom to consider.  I personally own and love the Bobbi Brown Basic Brush Case which I purchased from Nordstrom at a discounted price (Nordstrom was kind enough to price match this for me despite the price being significantly less!
