Happy Friday everyone! As you know, I’ve committed to a much healthier lifestyle by taking small and simple measures such as reducing the number of lattes and alcoholic beverages I consume each week while increasing my water intake and time spent exercising. These efforts have contributed to noticeable changes in my health with the most notable being the boost in energy.
As an additional source of motivation, I’ve decided to add a reward to boots my efforts. Should I lose 15 of the nearly 30 pounds that I’ve gained in recent months, I’ve decided to purchase a wish list item. Perhaps this beautiful Alexander McQueen handbag or a classic pair of Louboutin’s or an item from my wardrobe wish list. I’m leaning towards something classic, an investment piece I’ve utilize for years to come.
